Taco Tuesday
Second Tuesday of Every Month

Will you run for Tacos?
All are welcome for a evening of food, drinks and friends around the fire-pit.  Come in Tuesday evening for your afternoon workout and stay for some recovery Tacos! 
We will be BBQing carne asada, honey lime chicken and veggies for some delicious build your own tacos! 
Additionally there will be a kids movie on the big screen starting at 6:30 PM!

Women's Night
June 9, 2018

A fun night out with all the women of CrossFit Truckee.
Starting at 5:30 PM, the night begins with a Team/Partner WOD, end the night with dinner and drinks downtown! All are welcome so bring a friend.

 

Truckee Firecracker Mile
July 4th, 2018

The run follows the Truckee parade route from US Bank to the Train Depot along Donner Pass Road. Runners are cheered by thousands of parade spectators! Be sure to arrive early as parking is limited.  New this year, Big Horn Racing will be timing the event and all participants will be chip timed.

 

CrossFit

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast. Five or six days per week, mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Tahoe Power Bots

Fun for everyone in the family.  Our Kids classes focus primarily on body weight movement, mechanics, mobility and strength.  We include the use of multi joint, and multi directional movement in every class, with a fun game like structure.  Keeping your little athletes focused, driven and engaged while working on skills like coordination, agility, accuracy, stability and conditioning. All part of what supports a young, healthy Tahoe Athlete!

Nutrition & Health Coaching

About Health Coach Carissa Savitsky:  I have a passion for nutrition, exercise, and eliminating toxins from households. I attended Integrative Nutrition and became a health coach in January of 2018. 
I work with individuals to better their nutrition intake, how to find an exercise program that will become a routine and I work with families to eliminate toxins from households for overall health and wellness.

It is rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As an Integrative Nutrition* Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. 

I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. We will set goals and I will hold you accountable for achieving those goals.
