On Ramp Program

For those new to CrossFit!

You will be assigned a coach for 3 one on one or small group sessions to familiarize yourself with the movements done in a group class setting. This is a great way to get comfortable before joining group classes. After your 3 training sessions are complete you may train for the remainder of the month in a group CrossFit, F.I.T. or Auxiliary class on us! We want to make sure you have the foundations before getting started and feel confident in what you are doing.

On-Ramp Program

Three one on one or small group sessions.

Unlimited group classes for the remainder of the first month.
